The rationale for carrying Naxos CDs:
- the quality of the Naxos recordings seems to keep improving over the years - a surprising number of recordings have won accolades from the major CD review magazines.
- Naxos CDs are excellent value ($8.95 for single CDs) - they are inexpensive enough that it encourages people to take a chance on repertoire for which they may not feel like forking out $20.
- because they are so inexpensive, we can stock the more esoteric repertoire within our sections.
