Shipping Costs
We recently changed our approach to shipping costs from one based on package weight to one that is dependent on the price of the goods purchased. This was done in order to make the shipping costs more transparent and easily communicated to our customers and to be more in line with the approach of other music retailers. Please see the table below for shipping costs.
Please note that we still offer free shipping to out-of-town customers within Canada in the following cases:
- all out-of-town customers - free shipping on your first order with us,
- all out-of-town music teachers & bulk orders - free shipping on each order of $250 or more (along with the usual 10% discount),
- all other out-of-town customers - free shipping on each order of $100 or more.
On orders that are not eligible for free shipping, the following shipping costs apply (all prices are in Canadian dollars):
